Residents raise a ticket with a category and priority, it is assigned to a contractor, and every reply stays on record.
Rent and payments
Rent requests go out, residents pay by card in the portal, and every payment is confirmed against the right tenancy.
Deliveries and building access
Couriers scan a QR code at the door and the right resident is notified. Visitor and contractor access is requested and approved in the same place.
Facilities and scheduled operations
Communal facility status, recurring tasks like inspections and servicing, and a contractor directory for the building.
Documents and compliance dates
Documents held per unit, requests sent to residents, and expiring documents flagged before they lapse.
Announcements and notices
Notices published to residents with read receipts and acknowledgements, and email sent from the system with a full log.
Analytics and the building assistant
Occupancy, payments, maintenance and engagement reported live, with an assistant that answers questions from the building's own data.
